We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@vevra.shop with your order number and a short note about why you'd like a return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send your item back before contacting us.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
  • Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly.
  • For hygiene reasons, we may ask you to dispose of the product rather than ship it back — in that case your refund is still issued in full.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never pay for our mistake.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at hello@vevra.shop and we'll track it down.
