Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of purchase (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 6–15 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive well within this window, but occasional carrier delays can happen during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no codes needed.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us at hello@vevra.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before the order ships. Once it's in transit, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
